"Had an amazing seafood experience here! We ordered: Black Pepper Crab (2 crabs) – Absolutely solid! The crabs were meaty, fresh, and packed with flavour. The black pepper sauce was bold and aromatic, coating every bite perfectly. Definitely a must-try. Hong Kong Steamed Grouper – Extremely fresh and impressively huge. The fish was steamed to perfection—tender, juicy, and clean-tasting. A dish that really highlights the quality of their seafood. Stir-Fry Prawns – Sweet, fresh, and delicious. The prawns had a nice bite and natural sweetness that stood out. Belachan Kangkong – Tasty, fragrant, and surprisingly affordable. A great side dish that complemented the seafood well. Overall, the food quality was excellent, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Great value for money and a place I’d happily return to for authentic, satisfying seafood! Highly recommended!"

"This restaurant is recommended by many local residents. Apart from the advantages obtained from the freshness of the raw ingredients, the chili sauce served is also very appetizing. We tried the steamed fish and Sauce Padang clams. We like everything. However, there still needs to be improvements in terms of service to make it more alert and friendly. apart from that everything is as expected."

"Where Local Eats When you want seafood done right, and most importantly, eat like a local, Seafood Bu Rini is the place to go. It understands exactly what it wants to be: no-frills, punchy flavours, and incredible value for locals and tourists alike. What more could you ask for? 1,000K IDR for 1kg of lobster (again, local lobster). How could that not be value? Paired with strong Indonesian sauces like Saus Padang, it's honestly hard to get wrong. Beyond the value, the whole grilled fish is simply amazing. The sauce is sweet and tangy, pairing perfectly with the smoky fish that's butterflied on the grill to maximise flavour and char. Another recommendation? The kerang bakar. Amazing sauce, amazing execution. One downside, if you can even call it that, comes with the Indonesian-style grill itself. The base protein isn't always as premium as the fillet-focused seafood restaurants, and occasionally the prawns can be slightly overcooked. That said, the slight overcooking is easily forgiven when eaten the local way, with plenty of rice and bold Indonesian spices carrying every bite. Ignore the out of the way location. Ignore how humble the restaurant looks. When the food is packed with flavour and executed with confidence, it's a blessing. Eat like a local."
